Cumano, the sire of Armani, is one of the most outstanding jumping stallions on the international circuit. He has performed time after time at the very highest level and memorably won the World Championship in Aachen under Jos Lansink. As a breeding stallion, Cumano has produced more than a few approved stallions and top-quality sport horses.
The blood from Armani’s dam side comes from the fantastic French Thoroughbred, Laudanum xx, who was both a great performance horse and breeding stallion. Armani’s dam, Teberia De Aida, herself produced numerous horses who jumped up the Open grades, including Armani’s full brother, Cum Laude, and Belize di Cantero (Clinton), who both jumped at Grand Prix level in New Zealand.
Capital Armani stands as one of the founding stallions of Capital Stud. Although enjoying his days in retirement, Armani competed right up to the 1.40m classes.
