Ulior is a son of Sheyenne de Baugy who has sired a number of international horses including Grand Prix dressage horses, and features prominently in many pedigrees of horses that have been imported to South Africa. Sheyenne’s dam is the full sister to the approved stallion Uriel and to Quidam de Revel’s dam, Dirka. The French ‘Chef de race’, Grand Veneur, is the sire of Sheyenne de Baugy and has produced more than 320 successful showjumpers and greater than 100 approved sons such as, Le Tot de Semilly, Sioux de Baugy and Major de la Cour.

Ulrich’s lovely dam, Genevieve, is by the A Grade showjumper Gratuity who was imported by Claire Kachelhoffer . Gratuity brought influential Hannoverian blood from acclaimed stallions Diskus and Gotthard and sired a number of great jumpers as well as top quality broodmares.

PERFORMANCE:

Ulrich is a modern sport horse type that showed amazing technique and scope. Unfortunately, an injury has prevented him from competing.
